Dear Parents, Teachers and Friends of Little Angels Montessori,

My name is Allison and I’ll be the new Director of Little Angels Montessori. I have been in early childhood education for the last fourteen years working as a Preschool Teacher, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Director and Director. I began my teaching career as a preschool teacher at a preschool in the Southbay in 2010, after the birth of my daughter. I have taught in play-based, Christian, and Reggio Emilia preschools. In the world of childcare and education it is constantly evolving, and we as educators need to be too. I am always in pursuit of professional development. My continuous goals are to provide a high level of care and education to the children, families, and staff at Little Angels Montessori. Along with our talented team, I am excited about the challenges and rewards of being a critical part of your child(ren) future. I look forward to working with all parents/guardians and establishing positive relationships. Trust, communication, and understanding are vital parts of these relationships. I always have an open-door policy and I welcome conversations regarding your child(ren) to ensure a successful, positive school experience.
